1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the HyperHygine website, mobile apps and delivery service (the “Service”). By using the Service or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Your account

You can sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity on it.

Please give accurate details — your name, phone number and delivery location — so we can deliver your orders.

3. Orders

An order is an offer to buy the items in your cart. It is accepted when we confirm and start processing it.

Product images are for illustration; actual products may vary slightly in appearance. Fresh produce, fish and meat can vary naturally in size and colour.

We may limit quantities, or cancel an order fully or partly, if an item is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or if we suspect misuse of the Service.

4. Prices and offers

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices of fresh items and items sold by weight can change daily; the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

Offers (such as special-price products or free delivery) are subject to their stated conditions, may be withdrawn at any time, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Delivery

We deliver within our service area around Murshidabad, West Bengal. Your delivery location must be within this area for an order to be placed.

The delivery fee depends on your distance from our store and is shown at checkout before you order. Delivery may be free above a minimum order value or on your first order, when such offers are active.

Delivery times shown are estimates. Some sections, such as fish and meat or café items, are only available during their opening hours.

For live tracking, the location of the assigned delivery partner is shared with you while your order is out for delivery.

6. Payment

You can pay cash on delivery, or by UPI to the delivery partner at the time of delivery. Please pay the amount shown on your final bill, which reflects any items returned at the doorstep.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the Service — for example by placing fake orders, giving false information, interfering with the website or apps, or abusing our staff or delivery partners. We may suspend accounts that do.

Some products (such as medicines) are sold for personal use only and must be used as directed on their packaging or by a qualified professional.

9. Intellectual property

The HyperHygine name, logo, website, apps and content belong to HyperHygine or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission. Product brand names belong to their respective owners.

10. Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep the Service accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of West Bengal.
