• Location — your device's approximate or precise location to show relevant delivery estimates and calculate delivery times. Location is only used to provide the service and is not sold.

• Usage data — pages you visit, products you view, and search queries, used to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide, operate, and improve HyperHygine, including to:

• Process and deliver your orders, including sharing your delivery address and order details with our delivery partners so they can complete your delivery.

• Authenticate your account and keep you signed in.

• Provide customer support and respond to your requests.

• Detect, prevent, and address technical or security issues.

• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Payments

HyperHygine currently accepts Cash on Delivery. We do not store or process card or bank payment details. If we introduce online payments in the future, this policy will be updated and a third-party payment processor will handle your payment information under their own privacy terms.

4. Information We Share

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these limited cases:

• With delivery partners — name, phone number, delivery address, and order contents needed to complete your delivery.

• With service providers — trusted vendors that host our infrastructure (for example, Supabase and Vercel) under data-processing agreements.

• When required by law — if we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or protect the safety of our users.

5. How We Protect Your Data

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) for data sent between your device and our servers. Access to stored data is restricted to authorised personnel and systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
